Patch costs and finalization

Ok, cool, we have more than the minimum. I'm going to wait to order until next Monday (1/18) in case there are others who are late to catch on to the thread.


Delivery to you: Since, we're in the off season, easiest is probably just mail them to you or we can have a winter meet. PM me your mailing address if you want it mailed.

So in short:

$5 each patch (add .50 each patch for paypal fees = .03% + .30 cents)
Paypal to tristan2ride@yahoo.com or PM me if you want to mail me a check and I'll give you my mailing address. PM me to let me know you've sent paypal.

Vendor says 3 weeks for fulfillment, but I'm guessing that's for bigger orders. I'll confirm when I place the order.

Ok, I've priced this out with several vendors and it looks like the fairest pricing is as follows:

4" shoulder patch:


A quantity of 21 will be $5.00 each


10" back patch:


A quantity of 10 will be $26 each
A quantity of 5 will be $46 each,

I've factored in shipping (.70 for small patches and about $1 for large patches). Only 5 people expressed interest in the big back patch, if this is the case, I think each person should get two back patches for $52 instead of one back patch for $46.

I know some wanted red, but due to cost and consistent look, I'd like to keep blue for both patches.

Also, there will be a white trim around the black trim of the big back patch. Most of us I think will be placing this on a darker colored shirt/jacket, and it will help pop the elements.

That being said, post on this thread to order. I want to hit the numbers though to keep this pricing structure. Please post your screen name, which patch, and # of patches.
