Riggs Brothers of Naperville

Well this is both a product AND a vendor review of sorts.

I recently had Sookie's seat re-upholstered. I looked around and wanted a professional job. I wanted a red carbon fiber pattern integrated into the stock black skin for a two-tone finish/look.

I went to Riggs Brothers Auto Tops & Interiors. As a family business since 1945, these guys now have 3 different locations, Naperville, Downers Grove, and St. Charles. I met John Riggs at the Naperville location.

From the limited interaction I had with John, he gave me good vibes...He seems to be an exact person, a professional who takes pride not only in their family business but also in his work. Yeah, he is a hands on type of guy too...He knows his stuff and am not afraid to roll up his sleeve to pitch in. I can relate to John on several different levels. I would definitely do business with him again and would definitely recommend my friends to Riggs Bros...

John had my re-upholstering project done in a day. Yeah, it wasn't a big project, but when was the last time one of these like vendors did what they promised and was on time? ahead of schedule actually...John even included some stitching that he took the initiative to incorporate simply because it would look better. Now that's a pro...

Their prices are fair. Not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for. To give you some perspective, John considers his work an art form. That's a good thing, and you will know and see the difference between his work and others who just punch a clock or counts dollars & cents...

Bottom Line: Riggs Brothers Auto Tops & Interiors, 5 out of 5 stars!

Here are some pics of their work:

It's ironic you mentioned Riggs Brothers. Riggs-Naperville replaced the convertible top on my Corvette a few years ago. They did a great job. My only disappointment was they left the car doors open all day and drained my battery. They had to jump start my car when I picked it up.
