So check this out. When i left Tim's house after the meet. I was heading west on North ave to Randall and got pulled over after making a right onto randall. It was a St. Charles officer. His reasoning for pulling me over was my license plate was mounted improperly(vertical instead of horizontal) AND NO MUFFLERS!!!. He let me off with a written warning, so i guess i cant complain too much. However this officer has been a biker for over 20 years. So I dont see how loud pipes would be an issue with this guy? So we got to talking for a few min about bikes and other Police departments. LOL. So i guess i have a few things to change on the bike............

I just flipped my plate vertical (crossing fingers).

Was not able to make it last night, with riding today and planning to ride Sunday, had to make some family time...

Damn dude... that sux you got pulled over.

At least it was only a warning, not a ticket...

I know the Popo's get a little bored from time to time out here. My buddy got pulled over 2x on Thursday night for a bum headlight...

I just read an article on how metro chicago cops are trying to crack down on vert lic.plates since they can't read em when bikes are speeding. I see this trend go until the summer is over and things will go back to normal...
Tristans hd came w a stock horizontal plate, which apparently is cool since it comes froM hd.....
